Members will see lower costs on generic drugs and when ordering a 90-day supply of medication via mail-order.Copayments for facility fees on CU Health Plan - Exclusive will increase to $100 for outpatient services and $200 for inpatient services.CU Health Plan - Exclusive's deductible will increase to $350 for single enrolles and remain at $750 for families at in-network providers.Out-of-pocket maximums for CU Health Plans - Extended and Exclusive will increase to $9,100 for individuals and $18,200 for families (2+ people).Fertility treatment coverage has expanded for up to three fertility cycles.Brand-name medication and supplies will continue to pay the relevant copay.
